How to Download a Completed Job

Mission Details Page

From the Mission Details page you will see a link and a description that says "Package Available". Click the download link to begin downloading your compressed archive to your local machine.

The packaging process begins immediately after a job completes.  Depending on the number of frames, and the size of those images, the time it needs to package your render job can vary.  If you are in a rush and cannot wait for the job to package, feel free to download all render job images (uncompressed) from your FTP.

If the package is not available in the under "Package Available", please alert the support team to this, and proceed to the FTP in order to get your files.

FTP

An alternate method for retrieving your completed render job images is through the RenderRocket FTP.

Using an FTP client, navigate to your projects "Render" directory.  Here you will see all completed frames of your render job. If there were multiple layers you will see multiple folders.  Each folder contains the specified layer.  Feel free to download the entire folder or or individual images to your local machine by dragging the contents (using your FTP client) to the specified location.  See the following article; How to Manage your FTP  for a more detailed explanation on how to setup and use your FTP account.
