Estimating and Pricing Help

Pricing and Render Time Questions

After you have run a project test, and you still need help calculating your project costs, render time, or have general pricing questions, feel free to contact your account management team by sending email to: sales@renderrocket.com

Please include the following information to expedite the estimate / quote process:

  • Your Render Rocket account name 
  • Project name
  • Total frames in your project
  • Your render deadline (when you anticipate rendering to begin and when you need it completed)
  • **If you have not yet run a test, your account manager can assist you with general pricing questions and any other non-technical questions.

Technical Questions or Render Job Issues

Email to support@renderrocket.com or create a Support Ticket while logged into your account.  Clicking the Support Center link will open the Render Rocket Support Center.  After the page as loaded, a blue Support button will appear in the bottom corner of your screen.  For more information visit our Support Center web page.

Support is available 6:00 am to 7:00 PM (PST) Monday - Friday
