How to Reset your FTP
- Log in to your account and go to under Manage Account > Reset FTP.
- Re-try logging in with your FTP client.
Check to make sure you are using the same username password as your Render Rocket account.
Please note that your FTP account does not allow you to upload directories, only files. To upload your entire project directory structure, you can zip your files and upload the zip file.
