Missing Account Activation Email

To successfully register your new account you must activate it via and activation email that is sent to the email that was used during the sign-up process.

If you did not receive the email please follow these steps...

  • Check the spam and trash folder within your email app.
  • Sign into the inactive Render Rocket account and click the "Re-send activation email" button.
  • After doing so it may take up to 5 minutes for the activation email to be delivered.

If neither of the steps above resulted in an activation email then please contact  support@renderrocket.com.  Be sure to include your account name and/or username for the quickest resolution.
