When to contact your Account Manager

Everyone that uses Render Rocket is provided an account manager to help you get the most out of your Render Rocket experience!

Your account manager is the person you want to contact for pricing questions, billing questions, and/or general, non-technical questions. 

If you need an estimate or help with pricing options email sales@renderrocket.com with the following information:

  • Your Render Rocket Account ID
  • Total Frames in your project
  • Name of the test(s) run on Render Rocket Servers for your project
  • Render start and desired deadline

If you have completed a test render, your account manager can provide you with an estimate and pricing options.  Sales can also advise you on the best pricing option to meet your deadline and save you money.

Technical Questions or Render Job Issues

Email support@renderrocket.com or create a Support Ticket while logged into your account (click the Support button in the bottom right corner of your screen).  Clicking the Support Center link will open the Render Rocket Support Center.

The technical support team is available free of charge for all new and existing customers by either email tickets (preferred method) or phone call.  When logged into your account, please note the blue SUPPORT button, in the lower-right corner of your screen.
