When trying to log in to your Render Rocket FTP account, you may receive the error message "FTP permission denied."  

This is easily fixed by resetting the FTP permissions of your account. Render Rocket provides a tool to reset these permissions available in the "Mission Control" section on the "Account Settings" page. Click on the "Reset FTP Permissions" link. On the following page, Enter your Render Rocket password and click the "Submit" button. You should now be able to login to your Render Rocket FTP account. If you are still unable to do so, contact Render Rocket Technical Support for further assistance.
