We use 128-bit SSL encryption for all "Mission Control" traffic including uploads/downloads and all web-page traffic. Our servers are located in a secure data center facility where access is monitored 24/7. Each customer's data folders are security locked in a manner where each customer only has access to their own files. Only a small core team at Render Rocket has access to our customer files.

If you use the FTP option to transfer files, please know that this protocol does not encrypt files in transit. We can establish secure FTP connections or VPN access for longer term projects.
